Howdy designers 🤠 This newsletter I'm talking salary–how much does a senior designer make and more specifically, how much have I been paid working as a designer? I don't think I have to explain why. Salary transparency is a critical topic, especially in a field like ux design where salary varies wildly based on experience, location and company size.
