Howdy designers 🤠 Anyone else seeing more and more of the 'I am excited to announce I'm starting a new role at [company name]!! 🎉'?? Literally pulled this screenshot from my thread rn. It's super exciting to see more of this, and I do think it's on the rise–but I've got trauma. I know it sounds dramatic, but seriously. The job losses, the layoffs and all the new roles over the last two years. I'm sure I don't just speak for myself. It's seriously taken a toll. I'm still nervous. It's exciting...
